P.R FORTILAM G.I Clip-in Sanisteel® False Ceiling System in RAL 9003 with120-140 microns Antibacterial rigid Polyvinyl chloride coating plain tile (600 mm x 600 mm or 600mmx1200mm) on front side is manufactured out of 0.50mm thick G.I sheet (zinc coating 275 GSM as per (UNI EN 10346:2009)). G.I Clip in Plain Panel should pass fire test as per BIS 476PART 6:1989+A 1:2009 & PART 7: 1997 with raw material carrying fire certificate as per EN13501-1:2029 A2S2D0. These panels shall have square (90 degree) or Beveled edges as per site requirement. Two sides of each panel are raised and piped and stopped to ensure positive engagement into the spring Clip-in profile, yet allow for demounting of individual panels. The rigid suspension system consists of rows of 0.5 mm galvanized 120 gsm/M2 steel Clip-in profiles of size 24 mm X 34 mm of GI steel 0.45 mm and installed at 600 mm fixed to solid structure or solid wall with the help of wall hold on clamps. Material should match corrosion test or Resistance to salt fog EN13523-8 e ASTM B117-16 300 hour. In the flexible system the Hanger and suspension Clip replace the suspension angle. Light Reflection should be as per ASTM E-1477-98. Wall angles or edge profiles for wall covering are of size 24 mm X 24 mm and 0.35 mm thick with matching the color with panels. All PVC Coated material should pass scratch test and Pencil hardness ASTM D 3363-92a obtain B.

Sanisteel® is Hohenstein certified 16.8.9.0006 /FDA Approved and JIS certified. The product is suitable to be used in contact with food according to regulation CE n 1935/2004 and UE n10/2011 and Italian D.M. 21/3/1973(S.O.G.U.n103 of 20/4/1973 and D.P.R n.777 of 21/8/1982 . Adhesion as per EN13523-6 Resistance to bending as per EN13523-7 Rapid deformation as per ASTM D2794-93. Antibacterial Activity /Bacterial strains as per ISO 22196:2011-08 Successful antibacterial action against bacteria and virus, like Escherichia Coli/Klebisella pneumonie/Staphylococcus aureus as per JIS Z2801:2000/Salmonella enterica/Listeria monocytogenes/Legionella pneumoplila/Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Stain resistance as per EN 13523-18 e ASTM D1308-02

G.I. 1.8 mm diagonal perforation with 5.5 mm c/c gap (600 mm x 600 mm or 600mmx1200 mm) manufactured out of 0.50 mm thick G.I sheet (zinc coating 275 GSM as per IS: 6745-1972) .G.I Clip in 1.8 mm perforated panels should pass fire test as per BIS 476PART 6:1989+A 1:2009 & PART 7: 1997 with raw material carrying fire certificate as per EN13501-1:2029 A2S2D0. These panels shall have square (90 degree) or Beveled edges as per site requirement.
