HOOK ON CEILING SYSTEM
Providing and Fixing MCRA, Hook on metal ceiling systems comparing of Hook-on Tile of 600x600 mm or 600x1200 mm made of Aluminium alloy 3105AA to thickness 0.5mm to 0.9 mm or G.I 0.5mm with 60-80microns RAL 9003 epoxy powder coating. Hooked to 1 mm thick GI hook on Z profile of 18x50x18 mm, fixed perpendicularly to 1 mm thick GI main channel size 20x50x20 mm by hook Z profile. 1 mm thick Main C channel is installed at 1.2 mtr centre to centre by 6mm dia galvanized thread rod. Hook on tile can be plain/perforated as per requirement of acoustic properties. Perforation can be done 1.8/2.2/2.5mm dia holes with black acoustic fleece on the backside of tiles/planks. Hook on Z profile and Main C channel shall be continued with the help of splices.
Installation of main C channel with normal space is 1-1.2m to suspend thread rod by hook on clip in profile. 6 mm thread rod should be installed according to main channel at a distance of 1.2m centre to centre. Wall angle/ Edge profile shall be with the matching colour of the tiles.
