P.R. FORTILAM 150F ceiling system comprises of 150 mm X 17 x 0.50 mm panels roll formed out of PVC wooden skin plate 140-160 microns polyvinylchloride coated front side. G. I sheet (zinc coating 150 GSM as per UNI EN 10346:2009). Light Reflection should be as per ASTM E-1477-98. Material should match corrosion test or Resistance to salt fog EN13523-8 e ASTM B117-16 300 hour. Material should pass fire test as per BIS 476PART 6:1989+A 1:2009 & PART 7:1997. Raw material with EN13501-1:2019 A2S2D0. Panels are fixed on to roll formed carriers 34.5 mm wide X 48 mm deep out of 0.6mm G. I Coil with cutouts / prongs to hold the panels in module of 150 mm at maximum 1.7 m c/c without insulation and at maximum 1.5 m c/c with insulation. Carriers are suspended from the roof or truss by 4 mm dia. galvanized steel wire rod hanger or ceiling angle of size 24x24mm x 0.5 mm at max. 1.3 m c/c Hangers are fixed to the roof by ‘J’ hooks and nylon inserts. Panels are factory cut in lengths up to maximum 5 m to suit site dimensions or shop Drawings. Edge profiles or wall angles are 24 mm X 24 mm X 0.35
mm thick and match the color of the panel. Panels can be perforated with the dia hole of 2.5 mm or 1.8 mm. Non-woven Acoustic Fleece shall be used on the back side of perforated tile to match NRC 0.7 (IS: 8225/ISO: 354/ASTM 423 C) for sound Absorption. All PVC Coated material should pass scratch test and pencil harness test as per ASTM D 3363-92a B.

Material should pass fire test as per BIS 476PART 6:1989+A 1:2009 & PART 7:1997. Raw material with EN13501-1:2019 A2S2D0. Hangers are fixed to the roof by ‘J’ hooks and nylon inserts. Panels are factory cut in lengths up to maximum 6 m to suit site dimensions or shop. Edge profiles or wall angles shall be 24 mm X 24 mm X 0.35 mm thick and match the colour of the panel. Panels are available in powder coating finish also with 60-80 microns polyester coating on front side. Panels can be perforated with the dia hole of 2.5 mm or 1.8 mm.
