The P.R. FORTILAM panel, measuring 300mm wide x 30mm deep x 0.50mm thick, is constructed from G.I. Coil with a bevel edge. This panel features a PVC wooden skin panel with a thickness of 140-160 microns, coated with polyvinyl chloride on the front side. The G.I. sheet has a zinc coating of 150 GSM, adhering to UNI EN 10346:2009 standards. The panel is designed to be clipped to a G.I. carrier, sized at 41.5mm wide x 62mm deep x 0.6mm thick, available in a standard length of 5 meters, also made from G.I. Coil. The carrier includes cut outs to secure the panels in a module of 300mm and is positioned at a distance of 1.2 meters. Light reflection should comply with ASTM E-1477-98, and the material must withstand corrosion tests for resistance to salt fog as per EN13523-8 and ASTM B117-16 for 300 hours. Additionally, the material must pass fire tests according to BIS 476PART 6:1989+A 1:2009 & PART 7:1997, with raw materials conforming to EN13501-1:2019 A2S2D0. The panel carrier will be suspended using a 4mm diameter G.I. suspension rod and a galvanized suspension spring clip at 1.2 meters c/c. G.I. edge profiles or wall angles will be 24mm x 24mm x 0.35mm thick, matching the color of the panel. The panels can be perforated with holes of either 2.5mm or 1.8mm in diameter. To enhance acoustic ceiling solutions, a non-woven acoustic fleece will be applied to the back side of the perforated tile, achieving an NRC of 0.7 (IS: 8225/ISO: 354/ASTM 423 C) for effective sound absorption. All PVC coated material will pass the scratch test and pencil hardness test as outlined in ASTM D 3363-92a B.
