P.R FORTILAM G.I Baffle PVC Coated ceiling system comprises of 25 mm x 100 mm (25 mm width and 100 mm Height) U Shape panels. Panels shall be made of 0.50 mm thick of wooden skin plate 140-160 microns Polyvinyl chloride coated G.I coils. Baffle length up to 5000 mm. G.I sheet (zinc coating 150 GSM as per (UNI EN 10346:2009)). G.I Wood finish Baffle Plain Panels should pass fire test as per BIS 476 PART 6:1989+A 1:2009 & PART 7: 1997 with raw material carrying fire certificate as per EN13501-1:2029 A2S2D0. Baffle Panel shall be high corrosion resistance and good color stability. Centre to Centre panel gap will be 100 mm as per site requirement.
Baffle Panels are fixed on to roll formed C carriers 20 mm x 50 mm x 20 mm deep out of 0.75 mm G.I sheet black powder Coated with cut outs to hold the panels in module of 100 mm at maximum 1200 m c/c. Carriers are suspended from the roof or truss by 6 mm dia. galvanized steel thread rod hanger with inner and outer cap special height adjustment nut bolt at max.1200 mm c/c. All accessories shall be G.I 120 GSM as per (UNI EN 10346:2009))
Hangers are fixed to the roof by ‘J’ hooks or ceiling brackets and Fasteners. Panels are factory cut in lengths up to maximum 5.0 m to suit site dimensions or shop drawings. Top cap and End cap are used to cover the edges of the panels. These Baffles are light weight and do not add any
extra load on ceiling. Different color options are also available. Material should match corrosion test or Resistance to salt fog EN13523-8 e ASTM B117-16 300 hour. All Polyvinyl chloride(PVC) Coated Baffle panel material should pass scratch test and Pencil hardness ASTM D 3363-92a obtain B. . Light Reflection should be as per ASTM E-1477-98. All PVC Coated material should pass scratch test and Pencil hardness ASTM D 3363-92a obtain B.
