P.R FORTILAM G.I Clip-in plain PVC Coated False Ceiling System of wooden skin plate 140-160 microns Polyvinyl chloride coating tile (600 mm x 600 mm or 600x1200mm) on front side is manufactured out of 0.50mm thick G.I sheet (zinc coating 150 GSM as per (UNI EN 10346:2009)). G.I Clip in Plain Panels should pass fire test as per BIS 476PART 6:1989+A 1:2009 & PART 7: 1997 with raw material carrying fire certificate as per EN13501-1:2029 A2S2D0. These panels shall have square (90 degree) or Beveled edges as per site requirement. Two sides of each panel are raised and piped and stopped to ensure positive engagement into the spring Clip-in profile, yet allow for demounting of individual panels. The rigid system consists of rows of 0.45/0.5 mm galvanized 120 gsm/M2 steel Clip-in profiles of size 24 mm X 34 mm of GI steel 0.45 mm and installed at 600 mm fixed to solid structure or solid wall with the help of wall hold on clamps. Material should match corrosion test or Resistance to salt fog EN13523-8 e ASTM B117-16 300 hour. Light Reflection should be as per ASTM E-1477-98. Wall angles or edge profiles for edge covering are of size 24 mm X 24 mm and 0.35 mm thick with matching the color with tiles. All PVC Coated material should pass scratch test and Pencil hardness ASTM D 3363-92a obtain B.
