Texomet Fabric Coated Panels

G.I Clip-in Texomet Fabric Coated Plain Panels

The P.R. FORTILAM G.I Clip-in processed Fabric Coated False Ceiling System features fabric coated panels made from a 250 to 500 microns processed fabric skin plate (600 mm x 600 mm). These panels are manufactured from a 0.4mm thick G.I sheet with a zinc coating of 275 GSM, adhering to UNI EN 10346:2009 standards. The G.I Clip-in Plain Panels must pass fire tests according to BIS 476 PART 6:1989+A 1:2009 & PART 7: 1997, and the raw materials carry fire certification as per EN13501-1:2029 A2S2D0. Additionally, the stain resistance is compliant with EN13523-18 and D1308-02 (Reap 2013). These acoustic ceiling panels can have square (90 degree) or beveled edges based on site requirements. Each panel features raised and piped edges to ensure a secure fit into the spring Clip-in profile while allowing for easy demounting. The rigid suspension system consists of rows of 0.5 mm galvanized 120 gsm/M2 steel Clip-in profiles measuring 24 mm X 34 mm made from GI steel 0.45 mm, fixed at 600 mm intervals to a solid structure or wall using wall hold-on clamps. The materials used must pass corrosion tests, demonstrating resistance to salt fog according to EN13523-8 and ASTM B117 for 500 hours. The flexible system replaces the suspension angle with Hanger and suspension Clips. Light reflection meets ASTM E-1477-98 standards. The wall angles or edge profiles measure 24 mm X 24 mm and are 0.35 mm thick, matching the color of the panels. All fabric coated materials must pass the scratch test as per Erichsen 435 test >20N, and are RINA Certified MED472124CS/001. The fabric used is designed for excellent fire resistance, reducing the spread of fire according to EU 2019/1397 /ASTM E84-18b, achieving Class A (Building material) classification, along with light resistance and sound insulation properties. There are no cracks on bending as per EN13523-7, and scratch resistance is verified as per Erichsen 435 >20N. The panels also demonstrate light fastness for 500 hours according to EN ISO4892-2 and color evaluation in accordance with ISO 105-A02 (3 gray scale). This comprehensive metal ceiling system ensures durability and performance while enhancing the aesthetic appeal of any space.

Texomet Fabric Coated Panels

P.R. FORTILAM G.I Clip in False Ceiling System includes fabric coated panels with a fabric skin plate made from 250-500 microns polyester processed fabric on the front side. The G.I. 1.8 mm diagonal perforation features a 5.5 mm c/c gap, available in sizes of 600 mm x 600 mm or 600 mm x 1200 mm, and is manufactured from a 0.50 mm thick G.I sheet with zinc coating of 275 GSM as per IS: 6745-1972. The G.I Clip in 1.8 mm perforated panels must pass fire tests according to BIS 476 PART 6:1989+A 1:2009 & PART 7:1997, with raw materials carrying a fire certificate as per EN13501-1:2029 A2S2D0. The fabric used in these acoustic ceiling panels meets stain resistance standards as EN13523-18 and D1308-02 (Reap 2013). Each panel features square (90 degree) or beveled edges to accommodate site requirements. Two sides of each tile are raised and piped to ensure positive engagement into the spring Clip-in profile while allowing for the easy demounting of individual panels. The rigid suspension system consists of rows of 0.5 mm galvanized 120 gsm/M2 G.I Clip-in profiles sized 24 mm x 34 mm made from 0.45 mm G.I steel, installed at 600 mm and fixed to a solid structure or wall using wall hold on clamps. The material must pass corrosion resistance tests, including resistance to salt fog EN13523-8 and ASTM B117 for 500 hours. In the flexible system, the hanger and suspension clip replace the suspension angle. Light reflection should adhere to ASTM E-1477-98. Wall angles or edge profiles for edge covering are sized 24 mm x 24 mm and 0.35 mm thick, color-matched to the panels. All fabric coated materials must pass the scratch test as per Erichsen 435 test >20N. Acoustic fleece is applied on the back side of the perforated tiles to achieve an NRC of 0.7 (IS: 8225/ISO: 354/ASTM 423 C) for sound absorption. The system is RINA Certified MED472124CS/001. The fabric used demonstrates permanent fire-resistant behavior, effectively reducing the spread of fire (fire resistance) in compliance with EU 2019/1397 /ASTM E84-18b, classifying it as Class A (building material) with light resistance and sound insulation properties. There are no cracks on bending as per EN13523-7, and light fastness is rated at 500h EN ISO4892-2, with color evaluation according to ISO 105-A02 (3 gray scale).
